Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Cancellations made 8-15 days or more before departure will incur a 75% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 15 days of departure are non-refundable.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation approval.

Changes and Modifications:

  • Changes to travel dates or the itinerary may be allowed, subject to availability and applicable charges.
  • The agency reserves the right to modify the itinerary in case of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control, such as weather conditions or transport disruptions.

Rules & Regulations – Travel Package Agreement

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of a minimum 30% advance payment.

  • Full payment must be completed before the final travel documents are issued.

  • Any verbal communication must be supported with written confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

2. Hotel & Room Policy

  • Hotels are booked as per availability and class specified in the itinerary.

  • Room upgrades, early check-in, or late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.

  • Any damages to hotel property by the guest will be chargeable and must be settled directly.

3. Transportation

  • Vehicles provided are strictly as per itinerary and not at disposal.

  • Any additional usage (personal travel, extended hours, extra kilometers) will incur separate charges.

  • AC may be switched off in hilly terrain or as per driver discretion for safety.

4. Sightseeing & Activities

  • Sightseeing is fixed as per the itinerary. Missed activities due to late arrival, health issues, or personal delays will not be refunded.

  • Some activities (e.g., water sports, island tours) are weather-dependent and may be rescheduled or cancelled for safety.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges as per company policy.

  • No refunds will be entertained for no-shows, missed tours, or partially used services.

6. Force Majeure

  • The company is not liable for delays or cancellations due to natural calamities, political unrest, strikes, or government restrictions.

  • In such cases, the company will make reasonable efforts to offer alternate arrangements.

7. Behavioral Expectations

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully with hotel staff, drivers, guides, and co-travelers.

  • Any misconduct may lead to termination of services without refund.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • The company acts only as an agent for hotels, transport, and activity providers.

  • We are not responsible for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.

9. Health & Fitness

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they are medically fit to travel.

  • Any known health condition must be disclosed in advance for better assistance.

10. Terms Acceptance

 

Booking any travel package implies acceptance of these rules and regulations. The client agrees to abide by all the terms listed in this policy document.

1. Booking Process

  • Clients must provide accurate personal information and contact details at the time of booking to ensure smooth processing.
  • Booking confirmation is subject to the availability of services and receipt of payment.
  • For advance booking, we require a booking amount of 30% of the total package cost. Payments can be made via Cheque, UPI, or Net Banking (IMPS / NEFT / RTGS) to our bank account mentioned below.
  • Partial payments may be required during the plan.
  • The balance payment must be cleared 7 days before the departure date.

 

The Hotel check-in time 14:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
Transfer – Guide service working time is 10:00 am – 10:00 pm
In the restaurants duration for having meals is 1,5 Hours normal dinner and lunches
Meals should be eaten at the restaurant; we are not responsible for take always. 
The vehicle will move accordingly to time schedule mentioned on program.  
All group members should leave Hotel on given time in the program for starting tour in the morning and moving for dinners in the evenings. 

 

Easy Cancellation

*31 days or more prior to departure date, Initial Booking Amount and additional amount of visa fee will be forfeited (in case visa has been applied).*Between 30–16 days : 75% of total tour cost will be charged as penalty. *Less than 15 days: 100% of total tour cost will be charges as penalty.

Guaranteed Dates

Your selected travel dates are guaranteed. In the unlikely event of seats sold out, we guarantee +/- 1/2 days from your preferred dates.

Prices can fluctuate during peak season dates.

Visa assistance will be provided by our visa specialist.

Booking Policy

Initial Booking Amount - INR 50,000 per person or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable).

30 days prior to the departure date - 75% of the remaining tour cost.

15 days prior to the departure date - 100% of the tour cost required.

Booking Confirmation

  • A minimum of 30% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.

  • Booking will be processed only after receipt of the advance payment.

Mid-Term Payment

  • An additional 40% of the package amount must be paid 15 days prior to travel.

  • Hotel vouchers and sightseeing confirmations will be shared after this stage.

Final Payment

 

  • The remaining 30% of the payment must be completed 7 days before the travel date.

  • Full payment is mandatory before travel documents (final vouchers, tickets) are released.

  • If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellation are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees

Terms & Conditions – Travel Package Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the booking and use of travel services provided by [Your Company Name]. By booking a tour with us, the client agrees to these terms in full.


1. Booking Confirmation

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receiving a minimum 30% advance payment.

  • Full payment must be made at least 7 days prior to the travel start date.

  • Delay in payment may result in auto-cancellation without refund.


2. Inclusions & Exclusions

  • Services mentioned in the final itinerary are only those included.

  • Anything not clearly listed as "included" (meals, activities, personal expenses) will be treated as excluded.


3. Hotel & Accommodation

  • Hotels are booked as per availability in the chosen category (Standard/Deluxe/Premium).

  • Room check-in and check-out are based on standard hotel policies (typically 12 PM check-in / 11 AM check-out).

  • Specific hotel preferences are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.


4. Transport Services

  • Transport will be provided as per itinerary. Vehicles are not at disposal unless explicitly mentioned.

  • Extra usage beyond scheduled itinerary will be chargeable.

  • AC in hilly areas may be turned off for safety.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing.

  • Refunds will be processed as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • No refund will be provided for no-shows, unused services, or partial cancellations.


6. Amendments & Rescheduling

  • Requests for changes in itinerary, hotel, or travel dates must be made at least 10 days in advance.

  • All changes are subject to supplier availability and may involve additional cost.


7. Force Majeure

  • The company shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by acts of God, war, natural calamities, political unrest, pandemics, or government restrictions.

  • In such cases, the client agrees to accept alternate services or date rescheduling if available.


8. Health, Safety & Conduct

  • The traveler must ensure they are medically fit to travel.

  • Unruly behavior, misuse of hotel/transport property, or violation of local laws may lead to termination of services without refund.

  • Mask-wearing and hygiene norms must be followed during ongoing health advisories.


9. Liability & Responsibility

  • We act only as a facilitator for hotel bookings, transport, and tours. We are not liable for loss, injury, theft, or damage during the trip.

  • Any loss caused due to third-party suppliers, like airlines or hotels, shall be addressed with them directly.


10. Jurisdiction

  • All disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your City], India.

Refund Policy

1. General Refund Terms

  • Refunds are processed only for eligible cancellations as per the cancellation policy.

  • Refunds will be issued after deducting applicable cancellation charges, bank fees, and service taxes.

  • Refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment mode within 7–10 business days from the date of written cancellation request.

3. Force Majeure & Exceptional Scenarios

  • In case of natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or pandemic lockdowns, refunds will be processed only if suppliers (hotels/transporters) agree to waive off charges.

  • Where applicable, credit vouchers may be issued in place of refunds for future use within 12 months.


4. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Airfare/train tickets once booked are non-refundable unless specified as refundable.

  • Travel insurance, visa fees, and optional activities are non-refundable.

  • Any advance paid to secure early bird offers or high-demand dates (festive periods, long weekends) is strictly non-refundable.


5. Refund Process

 

  1. Submit your cancellation request in writing via email or WhatsApp.

  2. A confirmation and refund breakdown will be shared within 48 hours.

  3. Approved refund amount will be credited within 7–10 working days (excluding holidays).
