• 05Nights accommodation basis at the hotel mentioned above or similar category of alternate hotels.

The Policy which is as follows:

• Cancellation prior to departure/check-in date

• At least 21 days prior-25% of booking value

• Between 8-20 days prior-50% of booking value

• Cancelled 7 or lesser days prior-100% of booking value

• Check-In time is 1400 hrs & Check-out time 1200 NOON at all hotels.

• Sasangir National Park will be closed from 15th June to 15th October every year

• In the case of any amendment in local Government taxes, or any fuel hike, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly.
