Day 1 : (Kerala)
Arrival at Cochin & Proceed to Munnar – (130 Kms – Approx 4 Hrs)
On arrival at Cochin, proceed to Munnar. A breathtakingly beautiful - haven of peace and tranquility which cannot be portrayed in a single canvas. Situated at 1,600m above sea level with unending expanse of tea plantations - pristine valleys and mountains, you’re often up above the clouds watching veils of mist clinging to the mountain tops. Among the exotic flora found in the forests and grasslands here is the Neelakurinji/Strobilanthes. This flower which bathes the hills in blue once in every twelve years, will bloom next in 2018. On the way to Munnar visit Cheeyappara & Valara waterfalls. The Cheeyappara Waterfall cascades down in seven steps. Valara has a chain of waterfalls surrounded by thick green forests. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 2 : (Kerala)
Munnar Full Day Sightseeing Tour
After breakfast proceed for sightseeing of Munnar. Visit Mattupetty Dam (ticket price extra), a storage concrete gravity dam built in the mountains. Mattupetty offers many fascinating sights to relish. Besides the tea plantations & the rolling grasslands, the Shola forests in and around Mattupetty are ideal for trekking and are habitat to a variety of birds.
Later visit Kundala Dam (ticket price extra), the famous Neela Kurunji flowers which bloom once in twelve years, bloom in the hills and valleys around Kundala lake.
Enroute visit Echo Point & Pothamedu View Point. Echo Point always has a greenish look as it is covered with abundant green sceneries. View Point is perfect to enjoy the spectacular beauty of the coffee, tea & cardamom plantations. They are an adventurous destination, which will be a perfect choice for those who love to have a nature walk or trekking. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 3 : (Kerala)
Transfer from Munnar To Alleppey - (180 Kms - Approx 5 Hrs)
After breakfast, check out from hotel & proceed to Alleppey which has an immense natural beauty with a large network of inland canals earning it the sobriquet "Venice of the east".
Alleppey is famous for backwater cruising & boat race. On arrival check into your hotel/houseboat & cruise (if staying in houseboat) through the narrow canal amidst the Paddy Fields, Coconut Lagoons & Coir Villages which offers panoramic sights one can never forget. This is one of Kerala’s most mesmerizingly beautiful & relaxing experiences. Overnight stay in Alleppey.
Day 4 : (Kerala)
Transfer from Alleppey to Kovalam (160 Kms - Approx 4.5 Hrs)
After breakfast, check out from hotel & proceed to Kovalam. Kovalam is an internationally renowned beach destination with three adjacent crescent beaches & also known as the "Paradise of the South".
On arrival check-in at the hotel & relax for a while amidst the comforts of your room. By evening explore on your own to see how the everlasting sea touches the everlasting sky. Kovalam is the place where one can see the golden sand at the day time & silver sand in the night, with high rock promontory & a calm bay of blue waters, this beach paradise creates a unique aquarelle on moonlight nights. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 5 : (Kerala)
Sightseeing of Poovar & Return to Kovalam (17 Kms - Approx 40 Mins)
After breakfast proceed to Poovar. Poovar is one among the natural wonders where the Lake, River, Sea and Beach meet the land. A rare find in Kerala.
Poovar is basically a fishing village and the only way to reach Poovar is through water, it is known for its pristine and virginal beauty, Poovar Beach is haunted by those who love solitude. Day free for leisure in Poovar Island. Overnight stay at Hotel in Kovalam
